Eligibility
Adults (18+) who would benefit from ASAM Level 2.1 treatment, can safely participate in group settings, and do not require 24‑hour medical supervision.
What to Bring

✓ Insurance Card (if insured)
✓ Current medication list (if applicable)
If IOP Isn’t the Right Fit
When an alternative level of care is clinically indicated, we’ll provide referrals and coordination.
