Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Structured treatment, flexible schedule, and coordinated recovery supports.

Clinical Model

Our IOP follows ASAM Level 2.1 criteria and typically includes 9–12 hours weekly over 3 sessions. Core elements:

  • Group therapy: CBT, relapse‑prevention, DBT‑informed skills
  • Individual counseling and recovery planning
  • Case management and resource linkage
  • Peer support services
  • Medication services coordination (as appropriate)

Evening Track
Mon/Wed/Fri · 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Care Team Roles

  • Clinician: Facilitates groups, conducts individual sessions, and maintains the treatment plan.
  • Case Manager: Coordinates referrals, benefits, and practical supports.
  • Peer Support: Offers lived‑experience guidance and recovery coaching.

What to Expect

We’ll complete a comprehensive assessment and collaborate on a personalized plan. With consent, we coordinate with your prescribing providers or outside therapists to align care.

Family & Supports

With your permission, supportive family/friends can be involved through psychoeducation and care‑planning touchpoints.

Accessibility

We provide language access and reasonable accommodations under ADA. Please request supports when scheduling.

Q: How long will I be in IOP?
A: Most participants attend 6–12 weeks depending on goals and progress.

Q: Can I work while in IOP?
A: Yes. Morning and evening tracks are designed around work and family schedules.

Q: What if I need a higher level of care?
A: If assessment indicates another level of care, we’ll provide referral options and warm hand‑offs.
